Head of Talent Operations & Strategy

Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration, helping millions of teams achieve their goals. We are looking for a Head of Talent Operations & Strategy to lead our Talent Acquisition team in Chicago.

In this role, you will lead a team of program managers and talent acquisition professionals to maximize efficiency, enablement, and planning for recruiting. You will partner with executive leadership to build a high-impact hiring strategy, drive continuous improvement of TA systems, define the TA roadmap, leverage data to identify trends, build a capacity model, oversee talent marketing, and support the Candidate Care team.

Qualifications include 8+ years in Talent Acquisition, 4+ years managing TA Operations, experience with senior stakeholders, change management, data-driven decision-making, leadership, and familiarity with talent operations tooling (Brighthire, Gem, Tableau, Greenhouse). Curiosity about AI tools is a plus.

The estimated base salary range is 186,000 - 218,700 USD, plus equity and benefits. Benefits include mental health, wellness, fitness, career coaching, family building, retirement plans, and in-office culinary options.

This role is based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu in office).
