Immigration & Mobility Lead

As Immigration and Mobility Lead, you will own the end-to-end immigration lifecycle, managing all U.S. visa processes (e.g., H-1B, O-1, J-1, TN, E-3, L-1, EB-2/3 PERM) from offer stage through renewals and permanent residency. You will oversee visa sponsorships executed through Employer of Record (EOR) partners, serve as the internal immigration expert, and partner with external counsel and vendors. You will design a seamless relocation experience for employees and their families, advise on international hiring and employment arrangements, and partner with Legal, Finance, and People to support international expansion. You will also build scalable processes, documentation, and internal education.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing U.S. and Canadian business immigration across a wide range of visa types and permanent residency pathways.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, high-stakes immigration scenarios with exceptional judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Deep, current knowledge of the evolving U.S. immigration landscape, with a proactive approach to monitoring policy changes.
• Strong experience advising on international employment arrangements, including cross-border compliance and employment tax considerations.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable internal documentation, knowledge bases, and audit-ready case tracking systems.
• Exceptional communication skills and high ownership, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent cases with speed and precision.

Compensation includes a salary range of $150,000–$180,000 USD and equity (U.S. only).
