Implementation Consultant

Samsara's Mid-Market Customer Success team advises and guides customers, ensuring they adopt Samsara and continuously gain business value from our products. As part of the Implementation team, you will help Mid-Market customers deploy and adopt IoT solutions for their fleet and industrial assets. You will own the customer relationship, create launch plans, track implementation progress, run training sessions, and work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product.

• Manage deployment of Samsara technology to Mid-Market customers, enabling quick time to value.
• Create launch plans and roadmaps to increase product usage.
• Track implementation progress, participation, product adoption, and account health.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara's technology to executives and day-to-day users.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally.
• Deeply understand the Samsara platform's capabilities and explain them to customers.

• 4+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role.
• Mid-Market SaaS experience preferred.
• Experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Excellent consultative skills with experience in end-to-end system implementations.
• Proven track record of building trust and communicating effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution.

• Experience serving a large and complex customer base in B2B SaaS.
• Well-versed in cloud software, networking, automation, or control systems.
• Experience with integration projects — at minimum, able to comprehend RESTful APIs; experience with scripting languages like Python is a plus.
• IoT, hardware, vehicles, or general tinkering experience a plus.
• Background in Fleet, Logistics, Supply Chain, Telematics, Manufacturing, or general operations a plus.

Annual base salary range: $88,979.55—$134,590.91 USD. Total rewards include performance-based bonus/variable pay, equity (for eligible roles), flexible remote model, professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more.
