About the Role

As the Lead Product Analyst for Lifecycle Marketing at Pinterest, you will serve as the strategic analytics partner for lifecycle and CRM initiatives, shaping retention strategy through cohort-based insights, experimentation, and cross-functional partnership with PMM, Product, and Data Science.

Responsibilities

Own measurement strategy for lifecycle programs and experiments, define success metrics, design and evaluate A/B tests, drive cohort-based insights to improve retention, build scalable dashboards and reporting frameworks, and communicate insights to influence cross-functional and leadership stakeholders.

Qualifications

8+ years of analytics experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, ideally consumer tech, with strong lifecycle/CRM/retention analytics background. Expert SQL skills; Python helpful but not required. Proven experimentation capability, operational self-sufficiency, excellent communication, cross-functional partnership, retention-oriented mindset, and AI-augmented analytical workflow. Graduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $145,747—$300,067 USD. The position is also eligible for equity.

Location

Hybrid - US, with in-office collaboration 1-2 times every 6 months; can be situated anywhere in the country.
