Manager II, Engineering - Connections

As an Engineering Manager on the Connections team, you will lead engineers working on product areas that help people engage more meaningfully with others across our platform. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to shape strategy, drive execution, and build a healthy, high-performing team.

• Lead and grow a cross-functional engineering team.
• Set clear goals and drive execution against a roadmap.
• Partner with Product, Design, Research, and Data Science.
• Coach and develop engineers across levels.
• Support technical and architectural decision-making.
• Use data, experimentation, and AI to guide decisions.

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing teams of 5+ engineers.
• Experience leading teams that build consumer-facing products.
• Strong people leadership, product sense, and technical foundation.
• Expertise in data and experimentation.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality.

Base salary range: $208,454—$364,795 USD. Eligible for equity.

Hybrid - US, 1-2 times every 6 months in office. Preference for SF Bay Area or PST timezone.
