Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. The Airbnb Hotels organization, which includes HotelTonight, is a fun, entrepreneurial, start-up team focused on delivering the smoothest and most intuitive hotel booking experience.

  • Assist Market Managers in onboarding Hotel Partners on Airbnb and process KYC with hotel partners.
  • Respond to hotel inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support.
  • Implement strategies to manage and optimize the long tail of thousands of hotels in your region.
  • Educate clients on product updates and cascade feedback to internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage data to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement unique engagement projects.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or partner support.
  • 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proven experience working a book of business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.
