Market Manager

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. The Supply Team is growing, and this Market Manager role focuses on the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities include building and managing partner relationships, directly managing accounts to meet sales goals, analyzing data to identify opportunities, prospecting new supply, representing Airbnb in external meetings, educating clients on product changes, holding optimization calls, and developing deep market knowledge. The role requires regular travel to the assigned territory.

Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support; fluency in English; 2+ years of tech/travel industry experience is a plus; proven track record with leads pipeline and book of business; quantitative skills; cross-functional experience; excellent communication; CRM proficiency (Salesforce a plus); based in Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or Illinois.

Compensation: Base pay range $111,000—$123,000 USD, plus bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
