Market Manager

As a Market Manager on Airbnb's Supply Team, you will drive the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory. You will manage professional host accounts, acquire high-quality inventory, and build Airbnb's market presence as the local in-market expert.

• Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory
• Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals
• Analyze data to identify and action on strategic opportunities
• Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply
• Represent Airbnb in external meetings and industry conferences
• Educate clients on product changes and cascade feedback
• Hold optimization calls and business reviews
• Travel to your market for in-person support

• 6+ years in new sales, account management, and partner support
• Fluency in English required; bilingual French/English a plus
• 2+ years tech/travel industry experience a plus
• Proven track record with leads pipeline and book of business
• Proficient quantitative skills and data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work at strategic and tactical levels
• Proven cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly proficient in CRM software; Salesforce experience a plus
• Based in Ontario, willing to travel quarterly

Canada Annual Pay Range: $91,000—$107,000 CAD. This role may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Remote Eligible in Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, and Saskatchewan. Must be based in Ontario. Occasional office/offsites as agreed.
