Market Manager

Airbnb is a global marketplace for unique stays and experiences, with over 5 million hosts and 2 billion guest arrivals. The Supply Team is growing, and this Market Manager role focuses on retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs in Ontario, Canada.

Responsibilities include building and managing partner relationships, directly managing accounts to meet sales goals, analyzing data to identify opportunities, prospecting and onboarding new supply, representing Airbnb in external meetings, educating clients on product changes, and collaborating cross-functionally.

Qualifications: 6+ years in new sales, account management, and partner support; fluency in English (bilingual French a plus); 2+ years tech/travel industry experience a plus; proven track record with leads pipeline and book of business; strong quantitative and data interpretation skills; ability to work strategically and tactically; cross-functional collaboration; excellent communication; proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce a plus).

Compensation: Canada Annual Pay Range $91,000—$107,000 CAD. May also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

Location: Remote eligible within Canada, must reside in Ontario, British Columbia, Quebec, or Saskatchewan. Willingness to travel to assigned territory (typically once per quarter).
