Procurement Specialist (Temp)

Lattice is a people success platform offering performance reviews, employee engagement surveys, and more. This is a two-month contract role, fully remote, 3 days/week guaranteed with potential for additional hours.

• Review, scope, negotiate, and execute procurement requests from intake through signature.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders and stakeholders from FP&A, Finance, IT, Security, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal.
• Provide consultation before, during, and after deal cycles to ensure value from suppliers.

• 3 years of experience with commercial negotiations, procurement initiatives, or complex vendor engagements.
• Strong understanding of SaaS procurement, services agreements, and supplier relationships.
• Hands-on experience with procurement orchestration tools, ideally Zip.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.

Estimated hourly cash salary: $72.00 - $86.00.
