Product Designer

As a Product Designer at Asana, you'll be the customer's voice, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Experience Research, Data Science, and business partners to build compelling products. You'll solve problems with cross-functional partners in collaborative teams, owning core product development from inception to iteration and post-launch reflection. This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu in office).

You have 3+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating strong thinking, craft, and iteration across onboarding, growth, or AI-powered product experiences. You're curious about AI tools and emerging technologies, have strong prototyping skills, and are comfortable navigating ambiguity and working closely with PMs and engineers.

Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for Asana products, with an emphasis on features for billing owners. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify customer problems, establish vision, set strategy, build and ship solutions. Champion product excellence, elevate the quality bar, and shape our payment design system. Facilitate human-centered problem solving and foster co-creation across the organization.

The estimated base salary range is $125,000 - $139,000 CAD. The actual base salary will vary based on market data and individual qualifications. The compensation package may include equity and benefits.
