Product Manager, LATAM (São Paulo, Brazil)

Airbnb is seeking a Product Manager to lead product marketing for the LATAM region, based in São Paulo, Brazil. This role is part of the International Product Marketing team and will report to the Product Marketing Director for International Markets. You will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating insights into product features and marketing strategies, and driving product success from concept to release.

• Build deep expertise on Airbnb in the LATAM market through user research and marketplace data.
• Articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Airbnb products and new businesses.
• Implement best-in-class product development practices, including go-to-market kits for local teams.
• Advocate for and execute new products that deliver impact.
• Drive alignment across product teams and cross-functional partners.
• Define goals and success with measurable objectives and key results.
• Build partnerships that expand existing businesses and create new ones.
• Navigate regulatory and government requirements with Policy/Comms.
• Craft product narratives and marketing strategies, and deliver product demos to press.

• 10-15 years of product management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of product leadership.
• Comfortable with individual contributor product management work.
• Success in building and scaling global consumer products.
• Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and media.
• Entrepreneurial track record; startup experience a plus.
• Ability to use data and perform business analysis.
• Strong AI fluency: hands-on use of AI tools in daily product work.
• Ability to travel 30-35% of the time.
• Fluency in English and at least one other local language (Spanish or Portuguese).

Brazil Monthly Pay Range: R$49.166,67—R$61.666,67 BRL. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil - Hybrid. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed with your manager.
