Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration. We are hiring a Product Marketing Director to own the GTM strategy for our new product, Command by Asana. This role is based in San Francisco, New York, or Vancouver with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu in office).

Responsibilities

  • Define and own end-to-end go-to-market strategy, partnering with Integrated Campaigns.
  • Develop messaging and positioning for enterprise needs and technical personas.
  • Drive high-impact product launches.
  • Equip Sales and Success teams with enablement materials (battlecards, pitch decks, customer stories).
  • Act as connective tissue between Product, Partnerships, and Sales.
  • Analyze performance data and customer feedback to refine positioning.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product marketing in B2B tech (SaaS preferred).
  • Technical depth to engage with developers and engineering leaders.
  • Experience scaling products from 1 to 10 and 10 to 100, with PLG and SLG motions.
  • Product intuition and ability to distill complex technical concepts.
  • Collaborative leader with Product teams.
  • Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.

Compensation: Base salary range $156,000 - $186,000 CAD, plus equity, benefits, and potential sales incentive pay (for most sales roles).
