As a Product Marketing Manager for Incident Response, you will develop go-to-market strategy for new products and features, create content to enable sales and partner teams, and collaborate across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Drive go-to-market strategy for Incident Response products (Incident Management, On-Call, Incident AI)
  • Launch new features with compelling messaging and positioning, developing assets like slide decks, blogs, demos, webinars, and solution briefs
  • Develop sales enablement assets (battlecards, pitch decks, demos) grounded in market and competitive insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns across webinars, paid media, organic channels, and sponsored events
  • Drive customer marketing initiatives including case studies and testimonials
  • Identify growth opportunities to accelerate adoption and expansion

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product marketing or go-to-market experience for highly technical products
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proactive self-starter who drives projects from idea to execution
  • Passionate about technology with understanding of modern engineering workflows

Bonus: Domain expertise in Incident Response, Incident Management, On-Call, Service Management, ITSM, or Observability.

Compensation: The reasonably estimated yearly salary is $123,000—$164,000 USD.
