Program Operations Lead

Squarespace is a design-driven platform helping entrepreneurs build brands and businesses online. The Channel Partner team drives growth through a network of creative professionals and agencies. The Program Operations Lead will oversee day-to-day partner program operations and manage key workstreams, reporting to the Senior Team Lead, Channel Partner Program. This is a hybrid role based in NYC.

• Drive strategy and evolution of revenue-driving partner program benefits (partner referral and subscription referral).
• Manage end-to-end operations of referral programs, including triage processes and program updates.
• Optimize Squarespace Marketplace operations to reduce friction and increase success metrics.
• Lead implementation of scalable process improvements, leveraging AI solutions.
• Synthesize trends from surveys, forums, and feature request boards.
• Oversee community feedback operations, including quarterly feedback survey analysis.
• Communicate strategic read-outs to cross-functional leadership.
• Conceptualize and launch new programs, benefits, or initiatives.

• 4-6+ years of experience in operations, program management, or related role focused on channel or partner ecosystems.
• Proven expertise in strategic program design and execution.
• Deep operational management skills, including process design and issue triage.
• Experience in lifecycle management for a platform or marketplace.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.

Cash Compensation Range: $80,000 - $110,000 USD. Eligible for stock option purchase.
