Regional Marketing Manager | Western Europe | Remote

Grafana Labs, the company behind the open observability cloud, is a 100% remote company with 1,600+ team members across 40+ countries. We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to execute regional marketing strategy and independently lead programs that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Lead regional marketing programs from planning through execution and retrospective, including program strategy, budget management, goal setting, delivery, and performance reporting.
• Execute ABM and regional marketing initiatives, partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams.
• Independently manage day-to-day decisions, proactively address risks, and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Serve as a proficient user of core marketing platforms, including Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com.
• Develop and document AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Analyze program performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Provide guidance and support to Associates, contractors, and other team members.

• 3-5 years in field or regional marketing, or events, including end-to-end ownership of programs.
• Strong project, time, and stakeholder management.
• Independent proficiency with Splash, Zuddl, Salesforce, and Monday.com or similar.
• Demonstrated experience operationalizing AI in marketing work.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40%.
• French is a plus but not required.

In the UK, the OTE compensation range is GBP 69,000 - GBP 83,000. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
