Renewals Manager

About the Role: Own the full renewal cycle for an assigned book of business, from risk identification to contract close, partnering with Customer Value Managers, Sales, and Finance.

• Own end-to-end renewal process, managing quote-to-close.
• Negotiate contract renewals to maximize value while protecting relationships.
• Maintain 90-120 day forecast and analyze renewal data.
• Engage decision-makers early to understand budget cycles and blockers.
• Identify risk signals and partner with cross-functional teams.
• Develop pricing and packaging proposals.
• Articulate Mixpanel's value and defend against competition.
• Contribute to process improvements and playbooks.

• Track record of quota achievement in renewals, account management, or sales in B2B SaaS.
• Experience negotiating contracts with commercial and procurement stakeholders.
• Ability to manage high-volume book of business with forecast accuracy.
• Comfort with ARR data, churn signals, and renewal metrics.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with CS, Finance, Legal, and Sales Ops.

Bonus Points: Experience in product analytics, data tooling, or developer-facing SaaS; familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, or similar CRM/forecasting tools; background in value selling.

Compensation: Total target cash compensation (TTCC) range: $93,500—$126,500 USD, including base and variable compensation. Eligible for equity and benefits.
