As a Revenue Technology Analyst on the Revenue Technology team, you'll support and maintain the tech stack that powers go-to-market teams, partnering with Revenue Operations, Pre- and Post-Sales Strategy, Enablement, IT, and more.

What you'll do

  • Support execution of the technical roadmap for the revenue lifecycle across a 10+ tool tech stack.
  • Maintain a consistent business rhythm for end users, including provisioning, user support, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Support stakeholder requests and communication across the revenue technology stack.
  • Identify gaps in processes, integrations, and automations, and recommend improvements.
  • Support vendor coordination, including procurement, renewals, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support tool implementation, adoption, and aligned reporting.
  • Build and maintain reporting and dashboards within revenue tools.
  • Document workflows and support processes for self-service.
  • Leverage internal AI solutions to automate and streamline processes.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, system administration, or analytics roles supporting go-to-market teams.
  • Hands-on experience with at least two revenue or sales tools such as Gong, Clari, Outreach, Groove, ZoomInfo, Gainsight, Kantata, or similar.
  • Understanding of system integrations, automations, permissions, and data management.
  • Experience leveraging AI in daily workflows, ideally building agents and artifacts.
  • Exposure to supporting workflows, tooling changes, vendor processes, tool evaluations, rollouts, requirements gathering, implementation planning, or enablement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including building or partnering on reporting and dashboards.
  • Clear, inclusive communication skills.
  • Comfort working in an all-remote, asynchronous environment.
  • Interest in GitLab and alignment with our values.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role's listed level is for residents of the United States only: $95,200—$160,800 USD.
