Senior Account Executive, Select Accounts

Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies. The Select Accounts team owns Mixpanel's most strategic accounts, running the full motion: protect the base, expand within it, and open net new logos from a defined target list.

As a Senior Account Executive, you'll own a book of named enterprise accounts, running renewal, expansion, and new logo motions in parallel. You'll lead complex, multi-stakeholder deals independently, partner with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product, and build a territory plan in your first 90 days.

• Build and execute account plans connecting Mixpanel's capabilities to customer priorities
• Develop multi-threaded relationships from practitioner to C-suite
• Run regular business reviews and forecast accurately in Salesforce
• Identify and close expansion opportunities and net new logos
• Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC
• Partner with Solutions Engineers on demos and proofs of concept
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure value realization

• Track record of owning enterprise SaaS accounts across renewal, expansion, and net new motions
• Closed six- and seven-figure deals with 6-12 month sales cycles
• Built relationships at VP and C-suite level
• Used MEDDPICC to qualify and run deals
• Led complex, cross-functional deals independently
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Self-directed, coachable approach
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for on-site customer meetings, QBRs, and field events

Total target cash compensation (TTCC) range: $268,000—$362,500 USD, including base and variable. Eligible for equity and benefits.
