Senior Counsel, Securities

CoreWeave is The Essential Cloud for AI™, a specialized cloud provider delivering GPU compute for AI and other compute-intensive workloads. The Legal and Government Affairs team is seeking a Senior Counsel, Securities to support public company reporting, disclosure obligations, and corporate governance. Responsibilities include leading SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, registration statements), proxy statements, insider trading policies, Section 16 filings, and advising on Regulation FD and external communications. Qualifications: J.D. from accredited law school, active bar membership in good standing in at least one US state, 5-8+ years of securities law experience at a recognized law firm or in-house at a US public company, strong knowledge of the Securities Act of 1933, the Exchange Act of 1934, and Nasdaq rules. Base salary range $157,000-$210,000, plus discretionary bonus, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance (100% paid), life insurance, disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, mental health benefits, family-forming support, paid parental leave, childcare support, 401(k) match, flexible PTO, and office meals. This role is remote-eligible with locations in Sunnyvale, CA, San Francisco, CA, Bellevue, WA, or Remote. Export control compliance requires US person status or eligibility.
