Senior Data and AI Specialist

Join Twilio's Strategy & Operations team within the Industry Relations & Strategic Growth organization. Use data analysis, scripting, and agentic workflows to improve product quality, fight fraud, reduce billing errors, and optimize gross margins for the global telecommunications network. Build root-cause-analysis tools and automations, collaborate with Carrier Relations, Enterprise Technology, Product, Supply Operations, and Finance.

• Architect, test, and deploy LLMs and agents to automate unstructured, multi-step data investigations.
• Architect, test, and deploy automated workflows using Python.
• Perform SQL queries and multi-step data analyses across complex telecommunications datasets.
• Design dashboards and repeatable BI solutions using Tableau, Looker, or Python.
• Define KPIs and track performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data requirements.

Required: 5+ years of professional experience in developing technical data and automation solutions. Extensive experience with SQL and relational database schemas. Extensive experience with Google Sheets (or Excel), Tableau, and/or Looker. Experience using Python, APIs, or workflow platforms (e.g., Airtable, Coefficient, Zapier/n8n) to build automated data workflows. Experience building agents (e.g., Claude Code, Claude Cowork, OpenAI, Gemini) and training LLM models. Strong understanding of data management, governance, and hygiene.

Remote based in Ontario, British Columbia or Alberta, Canada. Occasional travel may be required.

Estimated pay range: $99,760.00 - $124,700.00 CAD, with a target bonus of 12.5%.
