Senior Demand Generation Manager

Grafana Labs is the company behind Grafana Cloud, a fully managed observability platform trusted by more than 10,000 organizations. Built on open source and open standards, Grafana Cloud brings AI to observability and observability to AI. The company is 100% remote with team members across 40+ countries.

We're looking for a senior, AI-native demand generation marketer to own and evolve our lifecycle nurture programs. This role blends AI-driven program design, multi-channel execution, and the influence to set the standard for how AI-native marketing works across our GTM teams.

• Innovate on the AI-native lifecycle marketing strategy, setting standards and playbooks.
• Own our AI email machine, driving the next phase of Grafana's AI nurture engine.
• Optimize programs continuously using AI and prompt engineering.
• Own the cross-functional center, surfacing pipeline signals and shared outcomes.
• Find gaps, form hypotheses, run experiments, and build new capabilities.

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in a technical or developer-focused product.
• Multi-program ownership across email nurture, web, and paid.
• AI workflow ownership with repeatable AI systems.
• Data fluency with Salesforce, marketing analytics, and multi-touch attribution.
• Strong communication skills, framing results as business impact.

Hands-on experience with Claude Code or n8n.

Base compensation range: $127,651 - $153,180. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). Global annual leave policy of 30 days per annum, with 3 days reserved for Grafana Shutdown Days.
