Senior Developer Educator

Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences. We are looking for a Senior Developer Educator to create best-in-class video, written, and hands-on education content for Webflow customers. You will present on camera as a developer educator, build production-grade sites using Webflow for education videos and courses, and develop content demonstrating integrations with other services and technologies.

• Build reference websites that anchor Webflow University courses, tutorials, and live training.
• Shape technical curriculum in partnership with instructional designers and video producers.
• Present technical content on camera for tutorials, course lessons, and live sessions.
• Work alongside video producers and instructional designers through pre-production, shooting, and review.
• Serve as the education team's technical subject matter expert, reviewing content for accuracy.
• Keep the technical library current as the platform ships.
• Partner with product and engineering to understand what's coming.

• 4+ years of experience in technical education and web development and/or design.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write, review, and explain code, leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and refine quality.
• Demonstrated experience teaching technical concepts to a mixed audience through video, documentation, courses, workshops, or community work.
• Willingness and ability to present on camera.

Base pay ranges by geographic zone (USD): Zone A: $129,000 - $155,000; Zone B: $121,500 - $146,000; Zone C: $113,000 - $136,000. Eligible for company-wide bonus program.
