Senior HR Business Partner

PagerDuty is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to grow its culture of innovation and scale its award-winning team. This role is a dynamic, hands-on partnership for someone ready to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment. The role is expected to come into the San Francisco office 2 days per week as part of PagerDuty’s hybrid work model.

• Client Leadership Support (40%): Partner with management teams to execute HR programs and initiatives, drive employee engagement and retention, assess organizational health, utilize people metrics, lead coaching and feedback efforts, and collaborate across departments.
• AI-Driven HRBP Transformation (20%): Support evaluation, piloting, and deployment of AI/ML tools for the People org to automate high-volume HRBP activities; review and document HRBP workflows; collaborate with analytics team to leverage advanced people metrics.
• Global Employee Relations and Program Execution (20%): Lead complex employee relations cases including workplace investigations and conflict resolution, ensure compliance with global employment laws, execute core HR programs, and support international mobility.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or other relevant degree; 3+ years of related experience in Human Resources, preferably in SaaS or hi-tech industry.
• Minimum of 2 years previous experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist supporting employees and people managers across technical, customer-facing, and corporate roles.
• Proven track record of managing complex global employee relations cases and supporting organizational programs.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to drive HR process efficiency.

The base salary range for this position is 110,000 - 166,100 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
