Role
Own EMEA benefits operations end-to-end, including procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support. Partner with cross-functional teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets (12 new countries planned in FY27). Manage broker and carrier relationships, track benefits data, and take on program management responsibilities as the function matures.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of international benefits experience with deep EMEA knowledge
- Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design
- Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments
- Ability to analyze benefits data and translate insights into recommendations
- Program or project management experience
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from scratch
Compensation
Base wage range: €96,689.60 - €124,315.20 per year.
