Senior International Benefits Manager, EMEA

The Senior International Benefits Manager, EMEA will own EMEA benefits operations end-to-end, including procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support. This role will also support country launches, manage broker and carrier relationships, and analyze benefits data to inform plan design.

• Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, including procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support (40%).
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets, with 12 new countries planned in FY27 (30%).
• Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers, negotiating terms and evaluating plan options (15%).
• Track benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data across EMEA markets and report on portfolio health (15%).
• Take on increasing program management responsibilities as the function matures, including cross-functional coordination, goal-setting, and process design.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to integrate benefits decisions into the broader international strategy.

• 5+ years of experience in international benefits, with deep knowledge of EMEA markets (UK, EU, and expansion markets).
• Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design in a multi-country environment.
• Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments as they relate to employee benefits and statutory requirements.
• Ability to analyze benefits data (enrollment, utilization, cost) and translate insights into recommendations.
• Program or project management experience, comfortable building processes and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.

The base wage range for this position is targeted at €80,286.00 - €103,596.00 per year.
