Senior International Benefits Manager, EMEA

Justworks is seeking a Senior International Benefits Manager to own EMEA benefits operations end-to-end, with opportunities to grow into broader program management. This role is remote and international.

• Own the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets: procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor/broker management, and employee support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets (12 new countries planned in FY27).
• Build and manage relationships with local brokers, carriers, and benefits providers across EMEA.
• Track benefits enrollment, utilization, and cost data to inform plan design and reporting.
• Take on increasing ownership of benefits program operating cadence as the function matures.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to integrate benefits into international strategy.

• 5+ years of experience in international benefits, with deep knowledge of EMEA markets (UK, EU, and expansion markets).
• Experience with benefits procurement, renewals, broker/vendor management, and plan design in a multi-country environment.
• Track record of supporting or leading benefits launches in new markets.
• Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments and statutory requirements.
• Ability to analyze benefits data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Program or project management experience.

The base wage range for this position is targeted at €75,107.10 - €96,689.60 per year.
