Senior iOS Engineer

We are seeking a talented iOS Engineer to join our team. You'll be a key contributor to building and enhancing our products, developing features from end to end, and ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and serve community builder needs.

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, data scientists, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
• Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, test, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
• Review code and design docs, give feedback on product specs and mocks.
• Set and define standards that improve developer workflows, recommend best practices, and coach/mentor engineers.
• Continuously learn and improve technical and non-technical abilities.

• 5+ years of hands-on iOS experience.
• Proven track record of developing user-facing iOS mobile native applications at scale using Swift.
• A strategic partner who has steered cross-team projects that solved tangible business problems (like increasing watch time or DAU).
• Deeply data-informed and logical, ensuring metrics are part of the design process.
• Comfortable with growth-team ambiguity and speed—prototyping fast, moving on when data doesn't back a bet.
• Clear, transparent communication, able to distill complex technical trade-offs for any audience.

Base salary range: $190,000—$267,000 USD. This role is eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, may also be eligible for a commission.
