Senior Lead, Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights

Reddit is a community of communities, home to 100,000+ active communities and approximately 130 million daily active unique visitors. We are looking for a Senior Lead, Marketing Science Partnerships & Insights to serve as a strategic driver of our measurement ecosystem.

• Lead end-to-end execution of a specialized partner portfolio, managing high-impact measurement & audience partners.
• Drive maturity of measurement strategy by vetting, onboarding, and managing relationships with premium vendors.
• Act as primary lead across Product, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders.
• Manage and deliver technology-based integrations with global & regional measurement providers, including data pipelines, clean room implementations, and AI/ML productivity tools.
• Evaluate industry trends to align research projects and partner program capabilities with Reddit's ad product rollouts.

• 7+ years of experience in advertising, analytics, or measurement, ideally within a measurement company or media owner.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of high-impact partners.
• Deep familiarity with advertising measurement ecosystem, including attitudinal survey research, online/offline sales lift, MTA and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
• Strong track record in end-to-end management and presentation of complex quantitative advertising research.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Base salary range: $167,500—$234,500 USD. This role is eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units.
