Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

Fivetran + dbt Labs is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a North East US Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role will involve growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects, to drive revenue growth and customer success.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, through value-based selling
• Guide our GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to ensure that we maintain a high talent bar

• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of direct frontline management experience
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Reside in the NE US region

Experience managing customer relationships in both pre- and post-sales capacities.

Pay Range $184,183—$230,229 USD; OTE $245,571—$306,964 USD
