We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid social efforts across Mexico and Canada, driving customer acquisition and business growth through high-impact social and video channels. This role owns end-to-end strategy and execution of paid social campaigns, focusing on full-funnel programs, rigorous experimentation, and measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. Responsibilities include developing and executing data-driven acquisition strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, and emerging channels; localizing global strategies for Mexico and Canada; owning campaign strategy from audience targeting to creative briefing, ad trafficking, performance analysis, and optimization; using A/B testing to improve creative, targeting, bidding, and messaging; analyzing and presenting performance insights; partnering with Sales, Marketing Ops, Demand Generation, Field Marketing, and Brand Marketing; maintaining budget tracking; and ensuring proper UTM tagging, CRM integration, and attribution. Minimum requirements include 5+ years of hands-on Paid Social experience with expertise across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and CTV; experience managing paid social budgets in Mexico and/or Canada; proficiency in platform-native tools (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads for YouTube); experience with high-growth SaaS products and B2B MarTech stack including Salesforce and Marketo; skills in trafficking ads, implementing tracking tags in Google Tag Manager, and understanding server-side tracking and first-party data strategies; and a Bachelor's degree. The annual base salary range is $118,575—$153,450 CAD, with eligibility for an initial RSU grant and ongoing refresh opportunities.
