Client Account Manager II, E-Commerce

Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where millions of people find inspiration. We are looking for a Client Account Manager II to drive a sophisticated book of eCommerce advertisers, working directly with high-opportunity clients as a trusted consultant.

• Manage and grow eCommerce client accounts, optimizing campaigns and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Translate partner goals and data into actionable insights for performance media strategies.
• Advise clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement best practices.
• Lead technical conversations around API integrations, clean rooms, click-based multi-touch attribution, and large product feed management.
• Participate in client meetings, build strong partner relationships, and expand opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in performance media and digital advertising sales, preferably with eCommerce advertisers.
• Comfortable with technical integrations including APIs, clean rooms, and feed-based media.
• Deep understanding of digital ad technologies across Search, Shopping, Display, and Social.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value client accounts independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore AI tools for productivity.

• Project management expertise.
• Experience with creator and affiliate marketing programs.
• Familiarity with incrementality measurement products.

Base salary range: $88,520—$154,911 USD. Eligible for equity and incentive compensation. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Hybrid: in-office 2 times a week in New York, NY. Must be in commutable distance.
