About the job

About tvScientific by Pinterest

tvScientific by Pinterest is the first CTV advertising platform purpose-built for performance marketers. It bridges the gap between massive TV reach and granular User Acquisition (UA) metrics, combining media buying, optimization, and MMP attribution to help consumer brands automate CTV campaigns, drive app installs, and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).

What you'll do

Lead the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, focusing on complex deals with upper mid-market and enterprise brands. Strategically manage named account lists (NALs) within your industry vertical to drive targeted engagement and revenue growth. Drive revenue through client engagement, manage ambitious quotas, and spend face time with clients and prospects. Drive complex deal cycles involving multiple stakeholders and vendor review processes such as legal, security, or procurement. Collaborate with internal sales, product, and support teams. Use AI tools to prioritize named accounts, tailor pitch angles, and prepare for multi-stakeholder meetings.

What we're looking for

5+ years in sales in the digital advertising or performance marketing industry. Experience selling to enterprise consumer app brands. Deep understanding of the digital media and advertising landscape, including CTV advertising. Experience with digital media platforms, MMPs, or supporting tools. Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior professionals. AI-first sales leadership: comfortable using AI for account research, pipeline strategy, and executive-ready narratives. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

Location & compensation

This role requires being in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and being in a commutable distance from the San Francisco or New York City offices. The position is not eligible for relocation assistance. The base salary range is $93,174—$163,055 USD, and the position is eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
