Senior Pre- & Post-Sales Customer Engineer, Enterprise, on the Customer Engineering team, owning strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. This is a remote role supporting a West Coast territory.

• Partner with Account Directors on pre-sales motions, craft and deliver tailored demos, lead technical evaluations.
• Lead onboarding for strategic customers, including planning, implementation, integrations, and training.
• Identify expansion opportunities, diagnose adoption stalls, and connect technical work to business outcomes.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Build playbooks, coach peers, and improve team processes.
• Drive measurable improvement in customer health, retention, expansion, and technical resolution.

Must-haves: 5-8 years in customer-facing technical roles (Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, TAM, etc.), deep hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs, experience managing strategic Enterprise accounts, ability to solve ambiguous problems, experience connecting technical execution to business outcomes, hands-on use of AI tools, and mentoring experience. Nice-to-haves: experience with Pendo or digital adoption platforms, mobile app development (Swift, Android, React Native), data architecture, AI/ML concepts, and building reusable frameworks.

On-Target Earnings (OTE) range: $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable split.
