Senior Pricing Strategy Manager

Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration. The Monetization Strategy team drives Asana's pricing/packaging strategy and execution. As Senior Pricing Strategy Manager, you will lead Asana's product monetization strategy, partnering with executive stakeholders across Product, Sales/GTM, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

• Own and drive the monetization strategy, including packaging, pricing models, price levels, and discount strategy.
• Lead design and execution of customer, product, competitor, and financial analyses.
• Partner at the executive level to develop pricing and packaging strategies.
• Drive end-to-end operational execution of monetization strategies.
• Establish and own pricing KPIs and reporting frameworks.

• 6+ years of experience in strategy consulting and/or B2B software, ideally including 4+ years in pricing at enterprise-level SaaS companies.
• Exceptional analytical skills, including advanced customer/competitor research and financial modeling.
• Expertise in SaaS pricing, self-serve and sales-led go-to-market strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain executive-level relationships.
• Expert-level knowledge of pricing and packaging research techniques (e.g., Conjoint, Van Westendorp) and proficiency with survey tools such as Qualtrics.

Base salary range: $140,000 - $187,000 CAD. Additional components may include equity and benefits.
