Senior Product Designer, Developer Success

Discord's Developer Platform Team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to design tools and experiences that help game studios integrate with Discord and deepen player engagement. You will work across the developer portal, dashboards, self-serve tools, in-game overlays, and the Discord client, designing features like in-game friend invitations, studio onboarding flows, and game moment sharing.

• Embed within a product squad and partner with engineers, product managers, researchers, and data scientists to oversee the user experience from concept to launch and beyond.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and implement designs to pixel perfection.
• Own the bar for craft, execution, and production quality for your product team.
• Influence the team's roadmap and contribute to product strategy with cross-functional leads.
• Present designs to the team and organization to drive alignment.
• Identify gaps in the design system and contribute UX and design patterns.
• Actively participate in design critiques and culture.

• 5+ years of experience developing and leading design on central end-to-end consumer products across web, mobile, desktop, console, etc.
• Experience as design lead for a squad, feature, initiative, or team.
• Experience with B2B/B2B2C products and platforms.
• Expert-level Figma and high-fidelity prototyping skills, with confidence using AI for prototypes.
• Strong product thinking, strategic vision, and ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Mastery of design craft: typography, color theory, layout, interaction design.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform design decisions.
• Experience contributing to a design system.

• Casual PC or console player.

US base salary range: $188,000 to $211,500, plus equity and benefits.
