  • Identify moments where member value is highest and build messaging and lifecycle programs across email, push, in-app, and paid.
  • Partner with growth and performance marketing teams to develop and test messaging frameworks that convert trial users and lapsed members.
  • Bring member insights into roadmap conversations and own the brief, messaging, and channel strategy for new feature launches.
  • Develop a compelling POV on the subscription and loyalty landscape.

Minimum qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4+ years in product marketing; consumer tech experience strongly preferred.

  • Ability to synthesize consumer research, behavioral data, and competitive signals into positioning and messaging.
  • Proven ability to influence product roadmaps.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to VP and C-suite.
  • Experience partnering with growth, lifecycle/CRM, creative, and data science teams.
  • Proficient in using data and A/B testing to develop and iterate on messaging.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience marketing a subscription or loyalty program in a marketplace or two-sided platform context.
  • Background with tiered benefits, earn/burn mechanics, or partner integrations.
  • Experience running or partnering on member research (surveys, focus groups, UXR).
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring PMMs or junior marketers.
  • Familiarity with grocery or CPG retail marketing landscape.
