Role
As a Senior Product Manager in the Telematics department, you will own a product area end to end, from customer problem to shipped product. The scope includes fuel cards and payments, driver and vehicle efficiency, the EV transition, and operational cost intelligence. You will prototype with AI, test ideas quickly, and work closely with customers and go-to-market teams.
Responsibilities
- Run deep discovery with fleet owners, fuel managers, operations leaders, and finance teams.
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, including the business case.
- Prototype and design MVPs yourself, often AI-assisted.
- Ship customer-facing experiences end to end with design, engineering, and data science.
- Define success metrics, build business cases, and drive experimentation.
Qualifications
Minimum: 5+ years in product management, shipping customer-facing products at scale, comfortable with commercial and go-to-market decisions, data-driven, own product point of view, Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Ideal: 0-to-1 products, partnerships/integrations, AI/ML features.
Compensation
Annual base salary range: $116,322—$195,500 USD. Eligible for initial RSU grant and ongoing refresh opportunities.
