Senior Product Manager

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our 1:Many Growth team. Affirm's Distribution Partnerships program (internally called '1:Many') is one of the highest-leverage growth levers at the company. Instead of integrating merchant by merchant, we integrate once into a platform merchants already use, and every merchant on that platform becomes reachable through that single integration.

• Own and grow Affirm's partner portfolio, making it easier for merchants to onboard and offer Affirm as a payment method.
• Take product ownership of existing vertical software partnerships and grow the broader portfolio of platform partners.
• Build durable capabilities through a Partner Acceleration Strategy to make future partner integrations faster to launch and scale.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering.
• Build relationships with platform partners to gather feedback and drive merchant growth.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements to improve customer, partner, and merchant experience.
• Create and manage the product roadmap for the 1:Many growth team.
• Develop success metrics/OKRs to measure effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial and product marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies.

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple technical software products from kickoff to post-launch.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, including diving into technical details with engineers, iterating with designers in Figma, and analyzing funnel performance with data analysts.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Execution-oriented with a proactive approach to overcoming obstacles.
• Adept at transforming incomplete or conflicting inputs into clear, actionable plans.
• Demonstrated track record of shipping high-quality products on time.
• Comfortable engaging in commercial aspects of product development.

• Experience in Fintech, Lending, ecommerce, or BNPL.

USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $195,000 - $255,000. USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $173,000 - $233,000. Total compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.

Remote-first with flexibility built in. Most roles can be done from almost anywhere within the country of employment. Some positions may occasionally require in-person work at an Affirm office, and a few are office-based due to the nature of the work. All new hires will be invited to attend an in-person onboarding experience.
