Senior Product Manager, Email Security

Cloudflare is seeking an experienced, technical product manager to own the Email Security solution, part of the Zero Trust Security organization. The role involves defining the strategic roadmap, shaping threat intelligence and detections, supporting Zero Trust integration, talking to customers, driving new business, and evangelizing the platform.

• Own Email Security: architect and own the strategic roadmap, ensuring Cloudflare remains the definitive answer to evolving threats like Business Email Compromise (BEC) and advanced phishing.
• Shape Intelligence and Detections: work with Threat Intelligence and Detections teams to improve how customers consume, enforce, and understand Cloudflare One.
• Support Zero Trust Security: integrate Email Security with the broader Cloudflare stack, bridging Gateway, CASB, and DLP.
• Talk to Customers: document first-hand experiences with internal and external customers.
• Drive new business: build features and competitive differentiators to displace legacy incumbents.
• Evangelize the Platform: use the product daily and represent the Email Security vision to stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience as a product manager, with a track record of owning and scaling complex enterprise security products.
• Customer-obsessed, persuasive writing, conviction, domain knowledge (mail flow, cloud infrastructure, API performance), high ownership, data-driven decision-making.
• Bonus: early adopter of agentic coding tools, fluent in Zero Trust security, experience with detections and machine learning, good design sense.

For Portugal based hires: Estimated annual salary is between €68,000 - €94,000. Equity eligible.
