Senior Product Manager, Infrastructure Observability

As the Senior Product Manager for Infrastructure Observability (Infra O11y), you will own the vision and roadmap for Kubernetes Monitoring and Cloud Provider Observability, balancing net-new initiatives like Host Monitoring with mature product improvements. You will drive customer discovery, build consensus across engineering groups, and support GTM through competitive analysis and sales enablement.

• Transform ideas and feedback into a product vision and roadmap
• Empathize with customer problems to collect user needs and pain points
• Represent user feedback to Engineering with evidence for tradeoffs
• Work with PMM to enable GTM on product differentiation
• Make decisions on go-to-market strategies, pricing, packaging, licensing, and tiering

• BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 7+ years in Product Management
• 5+ years in B2B SaaS product
• Experience with developer-facing tools, APIs, or platform services
• Ability to discuss APIs, data models, schema evolution, and distributed systems
• Experience driving adoption of shared services across product teams
• Excellent communication and influence skills

Bonus: open source experience, observability products, infrastructure concepts (Kubernetes, Cloud Service Providers, VMs), AI tools.

Base compensation range for Ireland: EUR 104,000 - 124,800. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
