About the job

About the role: Within our Operations & Member Experience organization (OMX), the Strategy & Innovation Team is responsible for defining OMX’s multi-year strategy and serving as an incubation unit. As a Strategic Initiatives Lead, you will help build the future of member support experiences at Chime, partnering with product, engineering, analytics, and operations teams to advocate for members and drive strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cross-functional strategic initiatives to create and scale world-class support experiences.
  • Perform analyses and research to assess new opportunities.
  • Present insights and influence outcomes with executives and collaborators.
  • Bring structure to ambiguous problems, defining problem statements, analytical frameworks, and metrics.
  • Deliver well-structured narratives to drive alignment.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including delivering strategic and operational projects at top-tier management consulting firms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to synthesize information quickly.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects from conception to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Compensation: Base salary range $138,000 - $190,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
