Senior Software Engineer II - Web Experience

Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations Cloud, enabling organizations that depend on physical operations to harness IoT data for actionable insights. The Web Experience (WebEx) team is hiring a Senior Software Engineer II to build full-stack infrastructure and AI-powered product experiences for the Samsara dashboard.

In this role, you will help shape the technical direction of the Web Experience platform, design and build end-to-end features bringing AI into real product workflows, scale systems for growth, standardize patterns through code reviews and mentorship, and partner with leadership on high-leverage bets.

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent, 8+ years building software, 4+ years on large-scale distributed systems, 4+ years leading technical projects across teams. Ideal: experience with developer platforms, internal tooling, or CI/CD for large orgs; shipped real work with AI coding tools; strong skills in Go, Python, TypeScript; track record of making engineers faster.

Annual base salary range: $154,700—$260,000 USD, plus RSU grant and ongoing refresh opportunities. Benefits include performance-based bonus, equity, health and parental leave plans, professional development stipend, and flexible remote model.
