Senior Software Engineer (Senior Product Engineer)

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer to join our Statsig team, which is redefining how companies learn, iterate, and ship better experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and decision-making.

• Own critical product surfaces end-to-end from ideation to production.
• Drive product direction in partnership with design and product leaders.
• Build and evolve systems across React, Node.js, and Python.
• Leverage modern AI tooling to accelerate development.
• Raise the bar for engineering quality and lead by example.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience (full stack preferred).
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proven senior-level scope, leading large ambiguous initiatives.
• Strong full-stack expertise (React + Node.js and/or Python).
• Deep sense of ownership and exceptional product taste.
• AI-native mindset and ability to balance speed and quality.

For San Francisco Bay Area: $183,000 - $276,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission).
