Senior Solutions Engineer | France | Arabic Speaker | Remote

Grafana Labs, the company behind the open observability cloud, is a 100% remote company with 1,600+ team members across 40+ countries. The Solutions Engineering team are the customer facing product experts, enabling Grafana Labs worldwide growth by educating potential and existing customers through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing interaction. They partner closely with the Sales team to qualify and close opportunities.

• Partnering with the Sales team to articulate the overall Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
• Owning the technical engagement with customers and helping close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility
• Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Effectively communicating with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape
• Driving product conversations based on need and problems with customers
• Working with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create other public or private enablement material

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Open to various and complex assignments, requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership
• First-class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers
• Ability to skillfully articulate the value proposition and technical advantages of our products
• Love solving technical challenges and thrive on bringing creative solutions to customers
• Technical mindset and desire to grow technically
• Fluent in Arabic
• Must be located in France

• Experience with Open Source technologies, or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC

In France, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is EUR 115,750 - EUR 138,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success.

Grafana Labs is a 100% remote company with a global culture. Employees receive 30 days of annual leave per annum, with 3 days reserved for Grafana Shutdown Days. Onboarding is in-person.
