Senior Talent Manager (Talent Partner)

Datadog is the leading observability and security platform for the AI era. We are seeking a Senior Talent Manager (Talent Partner) to join our People team in New York. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on shaping talent programs for Engineering, including leadership capability, career architecture, org design, performance, internal mobility, and succession planning. You will partner with senior leaders and People Business Partners to turn ambiguous problems into clear program goals, and build AI-powered solutions within People to keep pace with how AI is reshaping engineering roles. You will own work end to end, from framing conversations to delivering programs at scale.

• Design and lead complex talent programs for Engineering.
• Partner with PBPs and senior leaders to define program goals and success measures.
• Help Engineering and People respond to AI's impact on roles and skills.
• Work across Enablement, Learning, People Analytics, and People Systems.
• Equip PBPs with frameworks and tools for adoption.
• Evaluate impact using qualitative and quantitative data.

• Experienced in designing and delivering talent programs in a fast-growing global organization.
• Comfortable with strategy and execution, data-fluent, and outcome-focused.
• Able to build consensus and influence without formal authority.

Compensation: The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role is $162,000—$216,000 USD.
