Senior Technical Program Manager

Asana is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead its push into agentic work management, building programs that let AI teammates plan, execute, and orchestrate work alongside humans. This role is based in Vancouver or New York with an office-centric hybrid schedule (in-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday).

• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs advancing Asana's agentic work management capabilities.
• Build and own product engineering delivery plans, timelines, and dependencies.
• Manage program governance, identify risks, coordinate resources, and ensure effective execution.
• Communicate updates to teams and stakeholders on program health.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes.

• 8+ years leading technical programs in enterprise software and B2B SaaS.
• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with a willingness to learn and leverage them.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Outcome-driven, comfortable with ambiguity.
• AI fluency and ability to apply emerging technologies quickly.
• Experience with project management and collaboration software (Asana experience a plus).

Estimated base salary range: $164,000 - $184,000. Additional components may include equity and benefits.
