Senior Technical Recruiter based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Hybrid work environment requiring 3 days/week in office (Mon, Wed, Thu).

• Partner with hiring managers and technical leaders to define team needs and role requirements.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates through diverse channels.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from outreach to onboarding.
• Create strategies to attract and retain diverse technical talent.
• Track and analyze key hiring metrics to improve processes.
• Champion Brex's employer brand at events and on social platforms.
• Focus on attracting and evaluating top engineering talent with meaningful AI experience.

• Proven experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data, product) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruiting tools.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret recruiting metrics.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

The expected salary range is CA$126,000–$173,000. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided.

Equity may be part of the total compensation package. Up to four weeks per year of fully remote work as a perk.
