Role
Software Engineer - Platform Productivity, part of the R&D: Platform department. The Platform Productivity squad helps internal engineers release software onto infrastructure, leading automation of release processes (CI/CD, bootstrapping) and supporting 'golden path' techniques.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP)
- CI/CD platform management and development
- Build, release and deployment automation
- Application configuration management tooling
- Artefact management
- Work with diverse internal teams to support implementation of requirements
- Participate in on-call rotation to support Platform tooling
Qualifications
- Engineering/software development experience within a Platform group delivering services to internal engineering teams
- Experience working in a cloud environment
- Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Crossplane
- Familiarity with Kubernetes administration (Tanka experience a plus)
- Experience/interest in implementing, integrating, and maintaining observability systems
Compensation
Base compensation range for UK: GBP 91,755 - GBP 110,106. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset. Benefits include equity, bonus (if applicable), and RSUs.
