Software Engineer - Platform Productivity

We are hiring for the Platform Productivity squad within the Platform department. The squad helps internal engineers release software onto our infrastructure in secure and measurable ways, leading automation of release processes (CI/CD to bootstrapping) and supporting internal teams with 'golden path' techniques. The role involves developing and maintaining the Internal Engineering Platform (IEP), CI/CD platform management, build/release/deployment automation, application configuration management, artefact management, and working with diverse internal teams. There is an on-call rotation to support Platform tooling.

• CI/CD platform management and development
• Build, release and deployment automation
• Application configuration management tooling
• Artefact management
• Working with internal teams to implement requirements
• Being part of an on-call rotation

• Engineering/software development experience within a Platform group delivering services to internal engineering teams
• Experience working in a cloud environment
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Crossplane
• Familiarity with Kubernetes administration (Tanka experience a plus)
• Experience/interest in implementing, integrating, and maintaining observability systems

Base compensation range in Spain: EUR 82,988 - EUR 99,586. Benefits include equity (RSUs), bonus (if applicable), and other benefits. The company offers 30 days annual leave, remote-first culture, and more.
