Software Engineer - Platform Productivity

We are hiring for the Platform Productivity squad within the Platform department. This squad helps internal engineers release software onto our infrastructure in secure and measurable ways, leading automation of release processes (CI/CD to bootstrapping) and supporting internal teams with 'golden path' techniques. The team owns its roadmap and works on projects like next-gen CI/CD systems, automation runner infrastructure, artefact management, security automation, and AI-backed tooling.

• Develop and maintain our Internal Engineering Platform (IEP)
• CI/CD platform management and development
• Build, release, and deployment automation
• Application configuration management tooling
• Artefact management
• Work with diverse internal teams to support implementation of their requirements
• Participate in on-call rotation to support Platform tooling

• Engineering/software development experience within a Platform group delivering services to internal engineering teams
• Experience working in a cloud environment
• Infrastructure as Code with Terraform/Crossplane
• Familiarity with Kubernetes administration (Tanka experience a plus)
• Experience/interest in implementing, integrating, and maintaining observability systems
• Primary language is Go, but flexibility is valued

Base compensation range for this role in Ireland is EUR 104,000 - EUR 124,800. Benefits include equity (RSUs), bonus (if applicable), and other benefits. The company offers 30 days annual leave, remote-first culture, and more.
